TNA Consultation
 
We provide a Free Training Needs Analysis service, where the focus is on a thorough analysis of the client's training wants and needs.
  
Training Design & Delivery
 
  • To ensure that we design bespoke training for our clients we ask clients what they want and listen to their specific wants and needs when designing course content, workbooks and training delivery
  • We provide all training delegates with pre-course exercises to familiarise them with the course content. This allows delegates to engage with the course content and structure, before they enter the training environment.
  • At the point of training delivery delegates are provided with a professionally designed workbook, which includes visuals and text, worksheets, exercises, learning logs and a further reading list.
  • We always focus on introducing delegates to the workbook layout, course content and training methodology, before we begin the training proper.
  • Our Training programmes offer clients a dynamic and interactive approach to learning and their professional and personal development
 
Post-course Evaluation & Support
 
  • We provide clients with a Post course evaluation service for up to three months, which includes following up on the results of training and how it has benefited them.
  • Post-course we provide free e-mail coaching support for delegates, for up to one month, whereby they can discuss with us any issues arising from the training programme that they have attended.
Telephone & e-mail Coaching Service
  • We encourage coaching clients to book a free half hour coaching session, which enables them to discuss their issues with their coach, before they begin their coaching programme.
  • As a time effective practice, our coaching service offers clients the choice of telephone and e-mail coaching, so that clients can fit their coaching sessions around their work schedules.
e-learning Books & Study Courses
  • We provide clients with easy access to on-line e-books and study courses, which will enhance their professional and personal development.
  • Our e-learning facility offers clients a time and cost effective entry into their professional and personal development.
