This  2 day course equips delegates with the knowledge, tools and skills to develop and manage successful competency based assessment centres.
 
It covers the theory and practice of behavioural based assessment, through interview and role plays as applied to development centres, assessment centres and recruitment campaigns.
Traditional methods of recruitment and promotional selection such as interviews are often found to be inaccurate ways of predicting future performance, resulting in costly mistakes and mismatched employers and employees.
 
Competency based assessment has been proved over many years to be a superior technique for correctly matching organisational needs with current ability and future employee potential.
