Established since 1997, Jupiter-Training provides top quality tailored training to our valued clients in Management Skills, Personal Effectiveness Skills and Customer Service Skills.
We don't just turn up and train people like so many training companies do.
Rather, we work in close partnership with our clients to improve their bottom lines by enhancing the skills of their workforce.
Our approach is to develop a virtuous circle for our clients whereby skills development leads to employee capability, satisfaction and retention resulting in customer retention, lower operating costs and higher profits.

CONSULTATION
- We provide a Free Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service, wherein the focus is on a thorough analysis of the client's training wants and needs
- Clients are given the choice to attend Free seminars and mini-workshops where they can sample the course content of our training programmes and our delivery style
- We offer a Managed Service, where we take all-round responsibility for our clients training by providing them with other training-related services whether provided by Jupiter Training or other agencies
TRAINING PROGRAMME
- To ensure that we design a bespoke training for our clients we ask clients what they want and listen to their specific wants and needs when designing course content, workbooks, and training delivery
- We provide all training delegates with pre-course exercises to familiarise them with the course content. This allows delegates to engage with the course content and structure, before they enter the training environment.
- At the point of training delivery delegates are provided with a professionally designed workbook, which includes visuals and text, worksheets, exercises, learning logs and a further reading list
- We always focus on introducing delegates to the workbook layout, course content and training methodology, before we begin the training proper.
POST-COURSE EVALUATION & SUPPORT
- We provide clients with a Post course evaluation service for up to six months, which includes following up on the results of training and how it has benefited their R.O.I.
- Post-course we provide Free e-mail coaching support for delegates, for up to one month, whereby they can discuss with us any issues arising from the training programme that they have attended.
ON-LINE SUPPORT
- We provide clients with a regular monthly Training Newsletter dedicated to articles and surveys, and topics of interest
- Jupiter Training website offers clients:
- Free Downloads which include reports on topics of interest to them
- A feedback & training requirements form for existing and potential clients
- Listings and content of our up-to-date training programmes
- Information about our Bespoke and Managed Training Services & our Training Programme.
